Overview of 91387 Homes Priced Below $400K
The properties in this price range are certain to be condos. Those looking for a house must look in the higher price ranges. The most common and popular area in this price range is the American Beauty Condos in Canyon Country. Condos are typically sized from 844 SF to about 964 SF. Some units have 3 bedrooms and all residents have access to some outstanding amenities such as swimming pools, hot tubs and playgrounds.
There are one or two other neighborhoods that MIGHT fit in this range, but only IF the housing inventory increases. We’re just not seeing much on the market here in early 2022.
