Canyon Country Park
This Canyon Country Park is another beautiful, quiet and peaceful community neighborhood park, typical of Santa Clarita Real Estate development! The park is located up on a hill, right off of Soledad Canyon Road, about a mile west of Sand Canyon. It’s another good example of how the parks of Santa Clarita have been integrated in with long range development plans, and they tie in perfectly with the local area neighborhoods. In fact, when standing at the south edge of the park, visitors will see some breathtaking views at the hillside across the 14 freeway. It really is quite a nice view!
Park visitors with children can still find a few peaceful moments while the little ones play in well made playground area. There’s plenty of shade, with wonderful shaded pathways that connect to other areas in the park and the adjacent neighborhood. In Santa Clarita we have many miles of paved paseos and trail systems, typically leading to the local neighborhood park. The same is true for Canyon Country Park and it’s quite a popular attraction for residents throughout the valley. There’s a large baseball diamond and one of those cool physical fitness courses with numerous stations to stop and exercise along the way.
The Gregory Real Estate Group family lived in Canyon Country of Santa Clarita, and we have also been fortunate to represent many home buyers or sellers of homes near the parks. It’s likely a coincidence, but it seems like many of our transactions have been for homes located very near to one of these community parks.
Generally, real estate in Canyon Country is typically a little less than say, Valencia, but not always, It depends on the location and if it’s a new development.
We always love showing or listing homes in the areas surrounding the Santa Clarita Parks because the trail systems and parks are such a lovely attraction. They’re well maintained, relaxing, and fun for everyone. We have posts on many other communities, neighborhoods and parks, so check out the menu and have a look.
Should you need any help with buying or selling real estate, or simply have a question about the community, please contact Matt Gregory. There’s never any sales pressure or obligation whatsoever. We love Santa Clarita and certainly enjoy helping our friends, family and clients with all of their real estate related needs.
