Overview of West Creek Condos and Townhomes
Development began here as early as 2004 and continued until around 2021. Generally the condos and townhomes are sized from approximately 1,200 up to about 1,700 SF. A common size for the condos is about 1,350 SF and the townhomes can run a little larger. We noted a few units sized large, at around 2,000 SF, so if needed it’s certainly possible to find larger townhomes in West Creek.
Back in 2021 we toured the Avanti and Paloma developments and they are quite nice. All the homes surround the beautiful HOA pool and recreation center, parks and paseo trails. The homes are close to top rated and top tier schools, which includes the prestigious West Creek Academy elementary.
Of the 8 subdivisions in West Creek, 5 include condos or townhomes. We published a full report, filled with extensive information about the Valencia West Creek homes and neighborhoods. One very nice plus is, as a community, all the condos and townhomes of West Creek are considered FHA approved at the time this page was published, so this is very good news for anyone planning on FHA financing. Amenities & Conveniences
Of course there’s a large, resort styled pool and recreation area shared by all residents in West Creek. There’s the beautiful West Creek Park located at the center of the community which leads to trails extending for miles and miles. There’s plenty more to share and a lot to like about this amazing West Creek community.
