Overview of West Creek Condos and Townhomes

There are a total of 24 subdivisions in Copper Hill North but there are only 2 condo or townhome communities. One is called the Mtn. View Villas and the other is Mtn. View Courtyards. They are situated at the bottom of the community next door to each other just off of Seco Canyon Road and Copperhill Drive.

The Mtn. View Villas are a gated condo/townhome community built from 1989 to 1990. Some people refer to the homes as condos and others call they townhomes. If we checked the titles of each home we would probably find out they are all townhomes. The grounds are well maintained and there is a pool, hot tub and barbecue. The homes come with 2 or 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms sized from 1,040 to 1,334 SF.

Mtn. View Courtyard units come with 2 to 4 bedrooms and are sized from 850 to 1,415 SF. Most of these homes are considered to be townhomes. There are very few of the larger 4 bedroom units. Amenities three community pools, spas, picnic area and a nice sized playground. There is are trails winding throughout the community with greenbelts, trees and plenty of shade. Yes, very peaceful.

Over the years we have followed the real estate market for these neighborhoods and the results tell us, the complexes here are very well liked by current residents and once dug in, just don’t want to budge!

Copper Hill North is one of the most popular communities within all the areas and neighborhoods of Saugus CA. Even though there really only are 2 condo or townhome communities, the market will never be flooded with For Sale listings.
