This new subdivision of homes is located in the new housing development next to Magic Mountain in Valencia of Santa Clarita. Volara Home Description

The Volara homes are expected to be available in a variety of floor plans, allowing potential buyers to choose from different options that specifically suit their preferences and needs. The homes will be sized up to approximately 4,200 square feet, with 5 bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms and multi-car garages. The open-concept architectural layouts are sure to provide spacious interiors, with ceilings in the primary living spaces reaching up to 20 feet. The kitchens are expected to feature large islands, plenty of counter space and storage cabinets, a perfect layout for preparing delicious home cooked meals. We also expect to see luxurious outdoor living spaces.

Additional options might include a home office or den, primary suite connected deck, multi-gen suite, indoor and outdoor fireplaces and perhaps a floating staircase. It will be interesting to see how this new neighborhood fits in with the other surrounding subdivisions. Overall, the common areas throughout have been nicely landscaped with a variety of drought tolerant plants and shrubs.

The Confluence Park recreational area really is like a mini resort. There’s a large multi-use building, swimming pools, a hot tub, lounge areas, a small greenbelt, a park and more. From there, it’s just a short walk to the community garden and a variety of lovely park areas.

Schools & Local Conveniences

Although there are no schools within the new development as of yet, it’s a short drive to West Ranch High, Rancho Pico Junior High, and Oak Hills Elementary.

The high school and junior high are part of the William S. Hart Union School District and the grade school is in the Newhall School District.

It’s about 3 miles to the nearest shopping and dining locations and a little further to the Valencia Town Center.
