Our Thoughts on Neighborhoods in Canyon Country

For the average home buyer, one area often overlooked is the Rainbow Glen community. There are many different neighborhoods within the community and most have their own amenities and homeowner’s associations. Also, the very last subdivision in the northern portion of Canyon Country is a Stone Crest. It’s quite nice, consisting of a mix of of homes with the newest at the top of the community. Perhaps the most interesting neighborhood is Stetson Ranch. It’s not gated, but it is secluded, very well maintained and comes with some nice perks. Residents also enjoy a private trail system and the circular drive at the very top of the community is just lovely.

If buying a home in any Canyon Country neighborhood be sure to have your REALTOR® double and triple check the monthly HOA amounts and also verify if there is a Mello Roos. Both of these costs will count against your loan amount qualification.
