Our Thoughts on Neighborhoods in Canyon Country

For the average home buyer, one Canyon Country area we like quite a lot is the Rainbow Glen community. There are many different neighborhoods within the community and they all have their own amenities and homeowner’s associations. Also, the very last subdivision in the northern portion of Canyon Country is a Stone Crest. It’s quite nice with a mix of of homes with the newest at the top of the community. Perhaps the most interesting Canyon Country community is Stetson Ranch. It’s is not gated, but it’s secluded, very well maintained and comes with some nice recreational amenities. Residents enjoy a private trail system and the circular drive at the very top of the community is just lovely.

If buying a home in any Canyon Country neighborhood be sure to have your REALTOR® double and triple check the monthly HOA amounts and also verify if there is a Mello Roos. Both of these costs will count against your loan amount qualification.

We have published a full report on many of the neighborhoods in Santa Clarita, including neighborhoods in Canyon Country. In each neighborhood report you’ll find homes for sale, neighborhoods videos and/or photos, school information, amenities and local conveniences. It’s all first hand local information provided by local Santa Clarita realtors and long time residents, so you won’t find this information anywhere else.

Many of these Canyon Country neighborhoods are hidden away and unless you’re familiar with the community, they can be tough to find. Certainly, Fair Oaks Ranch is one of the most popular neighborhoods of Canyon Country. Then we have neighborhoods such as North Oaks, one of the oldest neighborhoods in Canyon Country.
