Insider's Thoughts on Neighborhoods in Canyon Country
For the average home buyer, one area we like quite a lot is the Rainbow Glen community. There are many different neighborhoods within the area and they all have their own amenities and homeowner's associations. If buying a home in any Canyon Country neighborhood be sure to have your Realtor double and triple check the monthly HOA amounts and also verify if there is a Mello Roos. Both of these costs will count against your loan amount qualification.
