Here at the Gregory Real Estate Group we are fortunate to have sold many homes throughout all the communities of Santa Clarita Valley, San Fernando Valley, Castaic and Stevenson Ranch, Los Angeles, Pasadena and other nearby cities. The properties sold range from affordable 2 bedroom condos to large, exclusive luxury homes on large lots!

Typically most homes we sell are houses along with a variety of condos and townhomes. Most standard sale properties are sold within two to four weeks but this is largely dependent on the market and the listing price as designated by the home seller. We also sell short sale properties, but those transactions typically take a good deal longer to sell and are dependent on a number of factors, including the lender’s requirements.
