Typically most homes we sell are houses along with a variety of condos and townhomes. Most standard sale properties are sold within two to four weeks but this is largely dependent on the listing price as designated by the home seller. We also sell short sale properties but those transactions typically take a good deal longer to sell and dependent on a number of factors, including the lender’s requirements.
