About Pinetree
Pinetree is one of Canyon Country’s long-established neighborhoods, known for its traditional suburban layout, mature trees, and comfortable, down-to-earth feel. Developed in the late 1960s, the community sits along the base of the surrounding foothills, giving it a quieter, tucked-away atmosphere. There’s no neighborhood sign at the entrance, so it’s easy to miss unless you already know the area—but once you’re here, the pride of ownership and welcoming vibe are unmistakable. With wide streets, sidewalks, and no HOA, Pinetree offers a steady, relaxed environment that feels like a classic Santa Clarita neighborhood.
