Miramonte Neighborhood Overview
Built from 1998 to 2003, the Miramonte neighborhood is one of 24 subdivisions in the Copper Hill North community. The homes run large, generally sized between 3,000 to 4,000 SF and driving through the neighborhood, it’s obviously well cared for, even without an HOA! Also, there is no Mello Roos.
Each home has 3 to 6 bedrooms, but the most common include 4 or 5 bedrooms with 2.5 to 4 bathrooms. Additional rooms often include lofts, family rooms, dens, dining rooms, home offices and more. It’s not uncommon to see homes with swimming pools, hot tubs, built-in barbecues, RV parking and some homes even come with a view.
All the housing in Miramonte are considered to be single family homes and there are no condos or townhomes here. Those interested can find condos or townhomes in nearby Copper Hill North locations.
There are very few neighborhoods in this area with no homeowner’s association and no mello roos, making the Miramonte homes a popular option among interested buyers.
Miramonte Amenities
Since there is no HOA there are no shared community amenities, however residents enjoy the use of several nearby neighborhood parks including Mountain View Park, Pacific Crest Park and Copper Hill Park. All three parks include developed trails, perfect for walking and jogging. It’s just a short drive to Santa Clarita Park with mature shade trees, picnic areas, ball fields, a playground and a public swimming pool.
Schools & Local Conveniences
Also, local convenience shopping and dining is located just down the street on all four corners of Copper Hill Drive and Seco Canyon Road. Of course, Valencia is just next door, so it’s just a short drive to plenty of great dining an name brand shopping.
Nearby schools include Saugus High, Arroyo Seco junior high and the popular Mountain View Elementary. The high school and junior high are part of the William S. Hart School District and the elementary school is part of Saugus Union District.
