Tres Robles Community Overview
Tres Robles is situated just off of Soledad Canyon Road, approximately 3/4 of a mile east of Sierra Highway. Taking a walk through the neighborhood we see a number of landscaped greenbelts with large shade trees. The recreation areas are strategically situated in convenient locations, making it a short walk to the nearest pool. So much nicer than having to jump in the car and drive! At the back of the community residents have easy access to the Santa Clarita trail system.
The homes in Tres Robles come with 1, 2, or 3 bedrooms sized from 662 to 1,521 SF. The most common is probably a tri-level with 2 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and sized at 1,127 SF. The home interiors are nicely laid out and usually open from the living room or entry to the kitchen. The homes have a one or two car direct access garage and if available, there are additional covered car ports. Each home comes with laundry hookups and small patios.
Prospective buyers will be thrilled to hear, there is NO Mello Roos here in Tres Robles! Of course there’s a HOA, so be sure to verify the monthly dues and find out what’s included BEFORE writing any purchase offers.

Homes We Sold in Tres Robles
We sold both homes shown below. One was a 2 story end unit sized at 1,521 SF with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a 2 car garage. The other home was a tri-level sized at 1,127 SF with 2 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. Both homes are quite nice, but the larger end unit had more privacy and only one common wall at the back. It really felt more like a house as opposed to an attached unit.
Street Parking
The only downside we see might be parking. The residents have their own garages or assigned parking, but there is also street parking. During each of our visits we’ve always found somewhere to park, but sometimes it’s a good distance from our destination.

Tres Robles Amenities & Local Conveniences
There are four different recreation areas, each with swimming pools and hot tubs. There are also greenbelts with mature shade trees and multiple playgrounds, perfect for the little ones.
Weekend warriors will be thrilled to hear of the RV storage lot at the east edge of the community. It comes at an added cost, but it’s rare to have RV parking available in any community.
Canyon Country Park is conveniently located across the street about a block to the east. The park is quite nice, with trails winding around well maintained greenbelts and beautiful shade trees. There are ball fields, play areas, covered picnic areas and more.
Convenience Shopping & Dining
There’s plenty of nearby convenience shopping & dining in both directions on Soledad Canyon Road.
Freeway Access
The complex is 1.8 miles to the Sand Canyon on ramp for the Antelope Freeway. Alternatively, it’s not much further to the Via Princessa or Sierra Highway on ramp. There’s also a Metrolink stop on Via Princessa.
Nearby Schools
Schools
Nearby schools include Canyon High, Golden Valley High, La Mesa Junior High and Sierra Vista Junior High. Tres Robles is located right on the border between school attendance boundaries. Those interested should take a close look at the Hart School District attendance boundary map and perhaps contact the district to confirm. As the local population shifts, so too do attendance boundaries.
There are a couple nearby elementary schools but we suggest checking with the Sulpher Springs School District to confirm.
