Valencia Westridge Community Overview

Developed between 2002 and 2004, Westridge exudes an elegant ambiance, with certain areas being recognized as some of the most exclusive in Santa Clarita. Comprising 10 thoughtfully planned subdivisions, seven of which include single-family homes and three dedicated solely to condos or townhomes, Westridge caters to diverse preferences. Notably, for added security, six of these neighborhoods are gated. Oh yeah, there’s also an incredible golf course described further down the page.

Although Westridge is a golf themed community, not all homes are on the fairway. Home prices range from mid to high and all homes come with a HOA. Although there is no Mello Roos, if planning to buy a home here, be sure to verify if there are any other special assessments.

Valencia Westridge Amenities

Westridge is situated among the natural beauty of 800 acres of rolling hills, including a 150-acre Oak Preserve. Then, if you like golf, there’s an 18 hole, par-72 championship golf course that winds throughout the community and YES, there are homes on or overlooking the fairways. The neighborhood amenities are terrific and include multiple swimming pools, spas, kiddie pools, tennis courts, basketball, a playground, a park and 2 clubhouses.

We’ve already mentioned the golf course, but it’s important to note, The Oaks Club is not a part of the local community amenities. Yes, the golf course is within the community, but it’s a separate club.

Nearby Local Conveniences
To begin, Magic Mountain is situated approximately 2 miles to the north. Additionally, there are abundant options for convenient shopping and dining at the Westridge Village Shopping Center and the Valencia Marketplace in close proximity. And, naturally, the Mall is just a short drive down Valencia Blvd.


Schools Nearby Westridge

The adjacent public schools are situated at the summit of the community. Among them are West Ranch High, Rancho Pico Junior High, and Oak Hills Elementary. Additionally, College of the Canyons is conveniently located just a mile or two to the east.

It’s worth noting, Oak Hills Elementary School has earned the designation of being a California Distinguished School.

Bella Ventana
Bella Ventana stands as an exclusive gated neighborhood comprising attached townhomes, nestled south of Valencia Boulevard. These two-story residences, each featuring three bedrooms, span from around 1,700 to just over 2,000 square feet of living space. Depending on their specific location within the community, select homes offer picturesque views of the adjacent golf course.

Bent Canyon
The Bent Canyon subdivision is distinctively divided into two sections: a larger gated neighborhood and a smaller un-gated neighborhood situated just below the second HOA recreation area. These two-story residences, featuring 3, 4, and 5 bedrooms, span approximately 3,100 to 3,600 square feet of living space. Emerald
The Emerald community boasts a prime location alongside the golf course, with these grand detached homes positioned off Valencia Boulevard and Westridge Parkway. Offering 5 and 6 bedrooms, these residences span approximately 3,566 to 4,192 square feet of luxurious living space, embodying a harmonious blend of elegance and spaciousness.

Masters
