Here’s an updated tour of the classic Valencia Hills neighborhood—one of Valencia’s original communities. It’s known for its tree-lined streets, classic homes, and peaceful vibe. You’ll also see some great aerial clips of the neighborhood, the recreational amenities, and those famous Valencia Paseos.
Valencia Hills Neighborhood Overview
As you drive through Valencia Hills, you’ll notice tree-lined streets, sidewalks, and an overall sense of classic charm. Developed between 1968 and 1972, this neighborhood is made up entirely of traditional single-family homes, each with its own front and backyard.
Although it’s one of Valencia’s older communities, the homes and common areas are exceptionally well maintained, thanks to an active homeowners association. The HOA plays a big role in preserving the neighborhood’s curb appeal and ensuring everything continues to look its best. Even better, the monthly dues are very modest—among the lowest in Valencia—and there’s no Mello Roos.
Valencia Hills continues to stand out as a community that combines timeless character with thoughtful upkeep, making it a favorite for those who appreciate space, greenery, and a peaceful, established setting.

Classic Home Styles and Floor Plans
