Valle Di Oro is small gated community located at the far north edge of Newhall situated exactly west of Sierra Highway on both sides of Piazza Di Sarro. The homes were mostly built from 2013 thru 2014 so the community is very new but we do not expect to see any further development in the future. Piazza Di Sarro is the main access street to enter the neighborhood and there's only 3 cross streets enabling access to all the homes in the entire community.

Generally, the homes in Valle Di Oro are condos, townhomes and single family homes. Most are 3 bedroom homes with 2.5 or 3 bathrooms and sized from 1,797 to 2,368 sq ft. Don't be fooled by the number of bedrooms shown because some homes come with an office or bonus room and bath downstairs and some houses have an additional loft upstairs.

Schools Serving Valle Di Oro
The children of Valle Di Oro attend some of the very best schools in Santa Clarita. Generally, the grade school children attend Valley View Elementary. The older teenagers go to Golden Valley High School which is within walking distance. The younger teens go to La Mesa Junior High.
All of the junior high and high schools are managed by William S Hart school district and most of the elementary schools are part of the Saugus Union School District.
