Volara and Skylar 2 Home Descriptions

As of late 2024, some homes in these collections are already built and occupied, while many more are under construction. In total, there will be approximately 30 homes in Volara and 62 homes in Skylar 2. Each of these two-story luxury homes is thoughtfully designed, with sizes reaching over 4,200 square feet for Volara and around 3,700 square feet for Skylar 2. They offer up to 5 bedrooms, 4 and a half to five and a half bathrooms, outdoor living spaces, and options for home offices, decks, multi-generational suites, and spacious backyards. Many Volara homes, as well as some Skylar 2 homes, also feature beautiful mountain views.

Similar to other Toll Brothers homes in the Skylar neighborhood, these new residences showcase open-concept designs, high ceilings, spacious kitchens, primary suite retreats, and inviting outdoor living spaces.

Additional options might include a home office or den, primary suite connected deck, multi-gen suite, indoor and outdoor fireplaces and perhaps a floating staircase. HOA & Amenities

It will be interesting to see how this new neighborhood fits in with the other surrounding subdivisions. Overall, the common areas throughout have been nicely landscaped with a variety of drought tolerant plants and shrubs.

The Confluence Park recreational area really is like a mini resort. There’s a large multi-use building, swimming pools, a hot tub, lounge areas, a small greenbelt, a park and more. From there, it’s just a short walk to the community garden and a variety of lovely park areas.

Schools & Local Conveniences

Although there are no schools within the new development as of yet, it’s a short drive to West Ranch High, Rancho Pico Junior High, and Oak Hills Elementary.

The high school and junior high are part of the William S. Hart Union School District and the grade school is in the Newhall School District.

It’s about 3 miles to the nearest shopping and dining locations and a little further to the Valencia Town Center.
