Valencia Westridge Community Overview
Westridge is a master planned community consisting of 10 lovely neighborhoods, developed from the early to late 2000's. Some might consider Westridge to be a golf themed community, however, not all homes are near the course. Home prices range from mid to high and most homes come with a HOA. If interested in buying a home here, be sure to verify if there are any other special assessments.
There are 10 subdivisions making up the community, two of which are townhome neighborhoods. Eight of the subdivisions contain only single family homes or houses and 5 of those are gated. Westridge Amenities & Local Conveniences
Westridge is situated among the natural beauty of 800 acres of rolling hills, including a 150-acre Oak Preserve. Then, if you like golf, there's an 18 hole, par-72 championship golf course that winds throughout the community and YES, there are homes on or overlooking the fairways.
The neighborhood amenities are terrific and include multiple swimming pools, spas, kiddie pools, tennis courts, basketball, a playground, a park and 2 clubhouses.
We've already mentioned the golf course, but it's important to note, The Oaks Club is not a part of the local community amenities. Yes, the golf course is within the community, but it's a separate club.
Residents enjoy nearby convenience shopping and dining at the Westridge Village Shopping Center at the bottom edge of the community. There's also the Valencia Marketplace just a couple miles south. Then, the Westfield Town Center Mall is also nearby.
Schools Within the Community
The nearby schools are situated together at the top of the community. The 3 schools are West Ranch High, Rancho Pico Junior High and Oak Hills Elementary.
It's worth noting, Oak Hills Elementary School has earned the designation of being a California Distinguished School.

Bella Ventana is a gated community of attached townhomes, south of Valencia Boulevard. These two-story, 3 bedroom homes range from approximately 1,700 to 2,000 square feet of living space. Depending on the exact location, some homes come with a view of the golf course.
If you're looking at homes for sale here, the Masters community may be just what you need! Neighboring the Emerald homes, the Masters consist of large two-story homes with mountain views. These large 4, 5 and 6 bedroom homes range from 3,337 to 4,326 square feet of living space. The Masters homes are located off of Valencia Boulevard and Westridge Parkway.
Bent Canyon is a gated, community of detached homes, south of Valencia Boulevard and off of Willowbrooke. These two-story, 3, 4 and 5 bedroom homes range from 3,100 to 3,600 square feet of living space. These homes have gorgeous panoramic mountain, golf course and city views.
When searching townhomes for sale in Valencia, this might be just right for you! Cypress Point is an attached town home community, north of Valencia Boulevard off of Sycamore Meadow. These two-story town homes have 2 and 3 bedrooms, with attached garages and range from 1,568 to 1,750 square feet of living space, some with private patios and others with balconies.
The Emerald community also is situated within the golf course. These majestic detached homes are off of Valencia Boulevard and Westridge Parkway. 4, 5 and 6 bedrooms, these homes range from 3,566 to 4,153 square feet of living space.
This gated community, north of Valencia Boulevard at Willowbrooke, consists of detached, two-story homes with 4, 5 and 6 bedrooms. These homes range from 2,725 to 3,522 square feet of living space.
The Oakmont community is one of the most prestigious neighborhoods in Valencia Westridge. This guard-gated community consists of one and two-story detached homes, sitting on the edge of the golf course. The homes have 3 to 6 bedrooms, from 3,100 to almost 5,400 square feet of living space.
San Abella is a close-knit community of detached homes located north of Valencia Boulevard and Sycamore Meadow. These homes have 3 and 4 bedrooms and range from 1,892 to over 2,500 square feet of living space.
This is a gated community north of Valencia Boulevard and Willowbrooke. These two-story homes wrap around cul-de-sacs and many have phenomenal mountain views. The models consist of 4 and 5 bedrooms and range from 2,365 to 2,752 square feet of living space.
Westridge Estates consist of guard-gated custom homes located south of Valencia Boulevard at Heritage View. Many of these homes back an oak preserve with views of the golf course. These one and two-story, 4 to 6 bedroom homes range from 4,700 to 6,200 square feet of living space. These are some of the most amazing homes in all in Valencia Westridge.
