Mountain View Courtyard Townhomes For Sale

This is a popular neighborhood, so there may be few, if any listings at a given time. If there are no listings try looking at all condos and townhomes in SCV. Mountain View Courtyards Overview

Built from 1987 to 1988, the Mountain View Courtyards are known as a peaceful, un-gated community with a garden-like atmosphere. As you enter the neighborhood through any of its four entrances, you’ll immediately notice the well-maintained common areas, lush greenbelts, and picturesque walkways that connect the homes to recreation areas, extending northward to a nearby park.

An interesting feature of this community is the storm drain culvert that divides it into upper and lower sections. Despite this, the homes in both sections are nearly identical, with the only notable difference being that a few townhomes in the upper section may be slightly larger, with some offering scenic views.

The neighborhood features a diverse mix of one and two-story attached townhomes and although there are shared common walls, there are no neighbors above or below. The homes range from approximately 850 to 1,318 square feet and most come with 2 or 3 bedrooms, 2 to 3 bathrooms, a two-car garage, and cozy patio backyards. The laundry hookups are usually found in the garage and some homes even come with a loft.

As you can see in the photos, the typical townhome building structure is comprised of four homes. Usually, the two end units are single story models and the two in the middle are two-story homes.

Nearby Schools, Shopping & Dining

Nearby schools include Valencia High, Rio Norte Junior High, and Mountain View Elementary. Be advised, at last check the Courtyards are situated right on the boundary between schools, so if planning to live in the area, it’s worth checking the latest William S. Hart District attendance boundaries. The elementary school is in the Saugus Union School District.

Memorable Past Sale in Mountain View Courtyards

We’ve had the pleasure of selling multiple homes in the Mountain View Courtyards, but one sale stands out. After listing a courtyard home, a couple reached out, eager to buy their first home, but facing financial constraints.
