Here’s a preview of Wren, a new Tri Pointe Homes neighborhood currently under construction in the Valencia area of Santa Clarita. This collection will include just over 100 residences, most of which are three-story paired homes, along with a small number of detached homes. Wren is located on both sides of Telemark Street, just west of the Solaire neighborhood within the FivePoint Valencia master-planned community.

The Neighborhood
Wren is part of the FivePoint Valencia master-planned community, known for its modern design, drought-tolerant landscaping, and an expanding network of parks, trails, and open spaces. As construction gets underway, the area is beginning to take shape as another contemporary neighborhood within the growing FivePoint community.
Unlike some neighborhoods in the area, Wren is divided into two sections along Telemark Street, with a smaller group of homes on the south side of the street and the larger portion of the neighborhood located to the north.
Wren Home Descriptions
Homes at Wren are being built by Tri Pointe Homes and will include a little over 100 residences, most of which are three-story paired homes with a small number of detached homes mixed in. The paired homes feature private entrances with no neighbors above or below, though they do share a common wall with the adjacent residence.
Floor plans range from approximately 1,812 to 2,151 square feet, offering three or four bedrooms, up to three-and-a-half bathrooms, and side-by-side two-car garages. The plans include open-concept living areas and may offer optional features such as covered decks, loft spaces, or small covered entry porches, depending on the layout.

Recreational Amenities
Residents will have convenient access to the resort-style amenities at Confluence Park, which include multiple swimming pools, a splash zone, a hot tub, and plenty of covered lounge areas. The park also features a large, well-appointed clubhouse.
As with most newer neighborhoods in this area, homeowners can expect HOA dues and an annual Mello Roos.
In addition to Confluence Park, the surrounding area includes smaller neighborhood parks, miles of paseos, and beautifully maintained outdoor spaces, making it easy to enjoy the outdoors without going far from home. On the south side of Magic Mountain Parkway, near the Outlook townhomes, a smaller neighborhood park with a swimming pool is also currently under construction.
Residents are also close to Verve Park, a much larger community park featuring a playground area, expansive greenbelt space, trails, and additional recreational amenities.
Nearby Schools & Local Conveniences
Sapphire is served by schools in the William S. Hart Union School District, with nearby junior high and high school options, plus several elementary schools within a short drive—making the area convenient for families.
Everyday shopping and dining are also close by. Within just a few miles, you’ll find grocery stores, cafés, and a variety of restaurants. For a wider selection, the Westfield Valencia Town Center is only about four miles away, and of course, Six Flags Magic Mountain sits just down the road, adding a bit of extra fun to the neighborhood’s surroundings.
