Built between 1998 and 1999, Avignon is a gated and private community featuring an array of remarkable townhomes. This unique neighborhood spans a narrow strip of land, bordered by the golf course to the south and Magic Mountain Parkway to the north.
As you enter Avignon, you’re immediately greeted by beautifully designed homes and impeccably maintained common areas. Strolling through the community, you’ll find charming walkways lined with shade trees and lush greenery. These paths lead to serene, landscaped courtyards with park benches, offering stunning views of the golf course—a brilliant use of outdoor space!
The two-story townhomes in Avignon are truly delightful, offering spacious layouts ranging from approximately 1,919 to 2,832 square feet. These homes typically feature 2 to 4 bedrooms, 2.5 to 3 bathrooms, a loft, a laundry room, a private patio, and a two-bay garage. Some homes even include balconies with beautiful views of the fairways. Notably, the patios are enclosed and located at the rear of the homes, with many offering gated access to the large courtyards, creating the feel of a shared backyard common area.
While Avignon is technically a subdivision of the Valencia Northbridge community, it is located about 1.5 miles to the south, setting it apart from the main area.
