Aidlin Hills is a brand-new residential development by Lennar, coming soon to the hills of Stevenson Ranch, CA. As of spring 2025, the project is in the early grading phase, with construction of homes not yet underway. Our aerial photos captured in May 2025 show the scope of the site as it begins to take shape.
At this time, we do not have additional details beyond what’s shared here, and we kindly ask that you bookmark this page for future updates as construction progresses. Once more information or more builder announcements becomes available — we’ll publish it here promptly.

- Located west of Pico Canyon Road, just past Southern Oaks.
- Early sitework began in 2025; rough grading is underway.
- Approved for approximately 102 single-family homes.
- Includes public facility lots, open space, and fire access infrastructure.
- No official Lennar website or model home information has been published as of yet. We’ll provide a link once it becomes available.
- Tract map associated with VTTM 52796.
- Lennar has proposed dedicating a large portion of the site as preserved open space.
It will be a while before homes become available to purchase, but Lennar has homes available now in other nearby Santa Clarita housing developments, including Tesoro Highlands.
