Alta Vista Neighborhood Overview

Alta Vista was developed in the early 2000’s and consists of four beautiful neighborhoods, filled with contemporary homes and nicely appointed amenities. Single family homes can be found in the Murano, Bella and Palazzo neighborhoods while attached townhomes are situated in the Galleria neighborhood.

The Alta Vista houses are commonly sized from approximately 2,056 to 3,120 sq ft and come with 3, 4 or 5 bedrooms and beautifully landscaped yards. The townhomes are nicely sized, from 1,315 to 1,936 sq ft available with, 2, 3 or 4 bedrooms and attached garages.

Overall, this is a beautiful community filled with developed trails and sidewalks, perfect for a morning jog or after dinner stroll.

Amenities in Alta Vista

Residents enjoy the use of the community amenities including a beautiful clubhouse, large refreshing swimming pool and a hot tub. The pool area is quite large with plenty of lounge chairs and canopies for shaded picnic areas. Then for the smaller children there’s a kiddie pool, small playground and a lawn area in a park like setting. We can tell you from our own personal experience, recreational facilities are well appointed and everyone looks forward to spending time there. It’s a great way to while away an afternoon on a warm day.

Residents also have easy access to other neighborhoods via the sidewalks and handy pedestrian bridge connecting the Alta Vista neighborhoods to the rest of Valencia Copperhill.

Mello Roos & HOA Costs
Prospective buyers will be happy to know there is no Mello Roos in Alta Vista. As expected, there are monthly HOA costs and the prices will vary depending on the neighborhood. We always verify amounts for our buyers before making a purchase offer.
