Overview of West Creek Condos and Townhomes
There are a total of 24 subdivisions in Copper Hill North but there are only 2 condo or townhome communities. One is called the Mountain View Villas and the other is the Mountain View Courtyards. They are situated at the bottom of the community next door to each other just off of Seco Canyon Road and Copperhill Drive.
Mountain View Villas: This is a charming gated condo community built from 1989 to 1990. The grounds are well maintained and there is a pool, hot tub and barbecue. The homes come with 2 or 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms sized from 1,040 to 1,334 square feet. Mountain View Courtyards: These homes come with 2 to 4 bedrooms and are sized from approximately 850 to 1,415 SF. Most of these homes are considered to be townhomes. There are very few of the larger 4 bedroom units. Amenities include three community pools, spas, picnic area and a nice sized playground. There is are trails winding throughout the community with greenbelts, trees and plenty of shade. Yes, very peaceful.
