Overview of Homes
Built by Lennar around 2021, the condos are sized from approximately 1,862 to 1,956 square feet and come with 3 bedrooms, 2 to 3 bathrooms and a 2-car garage. The homes have open primary living spaces, usually located on the first floor with the bedrooms up top. Other variations might only include the garage and entry on the first level, with everything else upstairs. Some homes even have a third bedroom and a full bathroom conveniently situated downstairs.
The homes were built using three different layouts.
- Plan 1: The homes are sized at approximately 1,862 SF with 3 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms and a 2 car garage. The kitchen, dining area, family room, half bathroom, laundry room, 3rd bedroom & full private bathroom are downstairs. The primary bedroom, primary bathroom, 2nd bedroom and a full bathroom are upstairs.
- Plan 2: The homes are sized at approximately 1,924 SF with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a 2 car garage. The floor plan is much different because only the garage and entry are on the first floor and everything else is upstairs.
- Plan 3: The homes are sized at approximately 1,956 SF with 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and a 2 car garage.

Common Area Photos
As with nearly all subdivisions in this community, the common areas around Cassia are nicely maintained and landscaped with a variety of drought tolerant plants & shrubs. There are a few small park areas with green lawns, but if looking for sports fields or a nice spot to fly a kite, residents need to visit a park outside the area.

HOA Amenities and Local Conveniences
All local residents in the community enjoy resort style HOA amenities at Confluence Park. There’s a large multi-use building, swimming pools, a hot tub, lounge areas, a park and more. It’s also just a short walk to the community garden, the unique Pump Track, trails, park benches and shade trees.
Convenience Shopping & Dining
It’s about 2 miles to the nearest convenience shopping and dining at the intersection of Magic Mountain Pkwy and The Old Road. Of course, it’s only about 4 miles to the local mall and many other popular stores and restaurants.
Nearby public schools include Oak Hills Elementary, West Ranch High and Rancho Pico Junior High. West Ranch and Rancho Pico are both part of the William S Hart School District.
