The homes are traditional single-level units, arranged in upper and lower configurations, so you’ll have neighbors either above or below. Floor plans include one- and two-bedroom layouts, typically ranging in size as follows:

  • 2 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms – approx. 939 SF
