New Horizon is an established condo community in the Saugus area of Santa Clarita, known for its practical layout and well-kept surroundings. The neighborhood and homes were built from around1984 to 1985.

About the New Horizon Condos
The homes are traditional single-level units, arranged in upper and lower configurations, so you’ll have neighbors either above or below. Floor plans include one- and two-bedroom layouts, typically ranging in size as follows:

- 2 Bedrooms, 1 Bathroom – approx. 870 SF
- 2 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms – approx. 939 SF
