Overview of the Las Ventanas Neighborhood and Condos
This classic Valencia condo community offers a blend of attractiveness, meticulous upkeep, and pleasant amenities, providing a peaceful and quiet environment. Moreover, it’s conveniently located just a few steps away from local shopping, dining, and other conveniences.
The attached condos range in size from 786 to 1,488 square feet. The smallest units, featuring 1 bedroom, come with 1 bathroom, while the 2-bedroom homes include 2 bathrooms. There are no 3-bedroom options available. Typically, the smaller units come with a single-car garage, whereas the larger units usually offer a 2-car garage. Additionally, there is assigned carport parking, which may vary depending on the unit.
The home interiors feature a partially open design, particularly between the living room and kitchen areas. Each home includes a fireplace and laundry hookups, typically with sufficient space for a stackable washer and dryer. Depending on the floor plan, units come with at least one private balcony or patio, with larger condos offering two and some even three outdoor spaces.
In general, the two-bedroom units have one bedroom and bathroom upstairs and the other set downstairs. Most of the larger units also include a small loft.

Homes in Four Different Sizes
Although there are more floor plans, the units are available in four distinct sizes, each with its unique features:
- The smallest condo is 786 square feet and includes 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom.
- The next unit is 922 square feet, featuring 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a loft.
- The following unit is 1,170 square feet, with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a loft. In some homes, both bedrooms are considered master suites.
- The largest condo is 1,488 square feet, with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a loft. These spacious units often have a patio and 2 balconies, as well as a 2-car garage.

Amenities
The HOA recreational amenities include a custom-designed swimming pool, a hot tub, lounge areas, and restrooms. Of course, the HOA takes care of the grounds maintenance and gated access. There are more inclusions so if planning to purchase a home be sure to verify everything.
HOA Costs and NO Mello Roos
There is a monthly HOA fee, but we are happy to inform you that there is NO Mello Roos tax. Prospective buyers should verify which amenities are included in the monthly fee, as some condo complexes may cover certain utilities.
Nearby Schools, Shopping & Dining
Nearby schools include Hart High, Placerita Junior High, and Valencia Valley Elementary. The neighborhood is also conveniently close to Henry Mayo Hospital, local shopping, dining, and it’s just 1 or 2 miles to the mall. Everything you need is within reach! Valencia Valley Elementary is part of the Newhall School District, while Hart High School and Placerita Junior High belong to the William S. Hart School District.
Shopping & Dining
Local shopping and dining is located just across the street at Granary Square. The neighborhood is also conveniently close to Henry Mayo Hospital and it’s just 1 or 2 miles to the mall. Everything one might need is within reach!
Summit Park
Summit Park is located just one block north of the complex and is considered one of the most beautiful parks in all of Santa Clarita. The park features two large greenbelts, multiple tennis courts, tot lots, lovely shade trees, and more. However, it’s important to note that there are NO restrooms.
The park boasts an amazing trail system that winds through a preserved natural environment, where hikers can observe a variety of bird species and other wildlife. Our family visits often, and the kids love watching and listening to all the birds. At certain times of the year, they can even see gophers digging their tunnels. Caution: Be aware of snakes and other critters!
