If you are interested in buying a Calla townhome or a home in any new development, it’s important to take us with you when visiting for the first time. Why? Because if you sign in at the sales office without us, we won’t be able to represent you with your purchase. Brief Overview of Calla
As of 2023, Calla is only partially built out. The east portion is complete, but the west end of the subdivision is still in progress and there are four models available to tour.
Calla consists of attached, 3 story townhomes sized from approximately 1,621 – 2,124 square feet. Although the homes have shared common walls, there are no neighbors above or below. The homes come with 2 or 3 bedrooms, 2.5 to 3.5 bathrooms, a laundry room, 2 car garage and all the rest. Those who don’t care for yard work will appreciate there are no yards to maintain.
The floor plans differ, but typically the first floor of each unit includes the garage, entry, bedroom or den and a bathroom. The primary living space and kitchen is usually on the 2nd floor while the primary and secondary bedrooms and bathrooms are up top.

Although there are no recreational amenities specifically for Calla, residents enjoy some of the best shared amenities around at Confluence Park. That includes a large multi-use building, swimming pools, a hot tub, lounge areas, playground, parks and more. There are also a number of unique neighborhood parks, gardens and other amenities situated throughout the community.
Convenience Shopping & Dining
It’s about 2 miles to the nearest convenience shopping and dining just east of Magic Mountain. Then, it’s 4 miles to the Valencia Town Center Mall as well as many other shopping and dining locations.
Nearby Schools
Nearby public schools include Oak Hills Elementary, Valencia Bridgeport Elementary, West Ranch High and Rancho Pico Junior High. West Ranch and Rancho Pico are both part of the William S Hart School District.
