Sunstone is one of the newest additions to the FivePoint Valencia master-planned community, and it shares a combined neighborhood layout with the adjacent Sapphire subdivision. Plan 2: ~2,344 sq ft, 4 bedrooms, 3 baths. Detached two-story home with open living space and a fourth bedroom downstairs. Upstairs includes the primary suite, two additional bedrooms, and the laundry room.
Plan 3: ~2,584 sq ft, 4 bedrooms, 3 baths. Two-story long-format plan with open living space and a fourth bedroom on the first floor, plus a bonus room, primary suite, two more bedrooms, and laundry upstairs.
