Overview of West Creek Condos and Townhomes
Construction started around 2004 and continued through roughly 2021, so you’ll find a nice mix of styles and floor plans. Most condos and townhomes range from about 1,200 to 1,700 square feet, with many condos coming in around 1,350 square feet and the townhomes running a bit larger. We’ve also seen a handful of spacious units close to 2,000 square feet, so if you’re hoping for more room, there are options here that offer that extra space.
Back in 2021 we toured both the Avanti and Paloma neighborhoods, and they really are impressive. The homes are arranged around a gorgeous HOA pool and recreation center, with nearby parks and plenty of paseo trails to enjoy. Families also love this area for the highly rated schools, including the well-known West Creek Academy.

Of course, West Creek residents enjoy a large, resort-style pool and a great recreation area. You’ll also find the beautiful West Creek Park right in the heart of the community, with trails that stretch for miles in every direction. The park was recently upgraded with an inclusive playground, making it a favorite spot for families.
