Typically, these homes feature 3 to 4 bedrooms, 2 to 3 bathrooms, a small backyard, and a two-car garage. Some of the larger units even include a spacious loft, providing extra space for families to enjoy.
One of the reasons we published this report is to highlight Citrus Grove, a lovely yet little-known neighborhood, even among Santa Clarita residents. Tucked away next to Strawberry Fields, Citrus Grove offers well-maintained common areas and exudes a peaceful and serene atmosphere.

Home Descriptions
All the homes here are classified as detached condos, each having its own structure with no shared walls or floors—essentially like two-story standalone houses. Also, solar power was not a requirement when these homes were originally built, however some homes have since been retrofitted. Although there are a few exceptions, the homes come in several different floor plans as follows:
- Model 1577: This home has an area of 1,577 square feet, featuring 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and a two-car garage. All the bedrooms and a laundry room are located upstairs.
- Model 1764: Slightly larger, this 1,764 square feet home also includes 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and a two-car garage, with all the bedrooms and a laundry room situated upstairs.
- Model 1912: With 1,912 square feet, this home offers 3 or 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and a two-car garage. All the bedrooms and a laundry room are upstairs, and some homes include a spacious loft and a desk nook.
- Model 2106: The largest of the four models, this 2,106 square feet home provides 3 or 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a large loft, and a two-car garage. As with the other models, all the bedrooms and a laundry room are located upstairs.
HOA & Amenities
Residents of Citrus Grove enjoy a variety of shared amenities, fostering a sense of community and relaxation. The neighborhood features a small recreation area equipped with a pool, hot tub, and a tot lot for the little ones.
