Overview of the Mariposa Townhomes

The Mariposa complex is located on the map at the south side of Plum Canyon Road where it intersects with La Madrid Drive, just across the street from Skyline Ranch Plaza. Built between 2005 and 2006, the Mariposa neighborhood boasts meticulous upkeep and an array of fantastic amenities. All residences here are attached, two-story townhomes ranging from approximately 1,121 to 1,850 square feet. Typically, each unit features 2 or 3 bedrooms, 2 or 3 bathrooms, an attached one or two-car garage, and either a patio or a balcony.

The Mariposa community has a contemporary look and feel! It’s also somewhat secluded, meaning the environment is generally peaceful and the common areas are welcoming. Although the surrounding area is a bit busier than it once was due recently completed newer homes and the new Skyline community development under construction, there is little impact to residents since no traffic passes through the neighborhood.
