Brief Overview of the Santa Fe Condominiums
Overall, the Santa Fe complex has that fresh, clean look and feel. The common areas are quite attractive and always well maintained. Residents enjoy a variety of lovely shade trees, plants, flowers and greenbelts. There are even some hardscaped water falls near the recreation areas. There are also concrete paved walkways extending around the community and connecting to the homes and recreation areas.
The community consists of a large number 1 and 2 bedroom attached condos sized from 710 to 1,067 square feet. Typically, the smaller condos have one bathroom and the larger units come with two. Each home comes with a private patio or balcony, fireplace, hookups for a stacked washer and dryer and a detached garage. Some of the units come with lofts. There are also assigned parking spaces and guest parking is conveniently spaced throughout the community.

Community Amenities
There are three recreation areas conveniently located within Santa Fe. One is at the west end of the community, one on the east end and the last in the middle. Each has a large, custom designed swimming pool, hot tub, lounge areas, restrooms, outdoor showers and more. Compared to other condo complexes, the monthly HOA cost is very reasonable!
Paseos & Bridge
Like most other Valencia neighborhoods, Santa Fe is connected to the famous Valencia Paseos. Residents can easily access the lovely developed trails at the far west edge of the community. Walking or jogging the trails continues to be a favorite activity for nearly everyone living here in Valencia.
There’s also a classic pedestrian bridge enabling residents to safely traverse over Del Monte Drive to the other side of the street. It’s common to see parents and children using the bridge to begin their walk to the nearby Valencia Valley Elementary school or the adjacent park. So convenient!
Schools and Local Conveniences
Nearby schools include Placerita Junior High, Hart High School and Valencia Valley Elementary. Santa Fe is situated just on the edge of the attendance border for Hart and Placerita. The attendance boundaries do change so we always suggest viewing the William S Hart boundary map and/or contacting the district directly.
Parks
There are multiple local parks located nearby. One of the local favorites is The Summit Park. located just off McBean Pkwy. Then, Valencia Valley Central Park is just a few blocks south of the community.
Local Convenience Shopping & Dining
When it comes to local convenience shopping and dining, the Santa Fe condos are very hard to beat! The complex is situated in close proximity to almost everything! Here’s a partial list:
