Accessing Village Walk from Copper Hill Drive via Canterbury Court is easy and safe, thanks to a convenient traffic signal. Upon arrival, the Village Walk sign greets you, and it’s immediately clear that the neighborhood is exceptionally well-maintained. With its beautifully landscaped grounds and abundant mature trees, the neighborhood exudes tranquility, making it a truly charming place to call home.
The homes in Village Walk are two- and three-level attached townhomes, ranging from about 955 to 1,635 square feet. They feature one to three bedrooms, up to three bathrooms, a fireplace, laundry room, and a patio or balcony. Each home comes with either a one- or two-car garage, and some residents also enjoy assigned covered parking.
The typical layouts include:

Recreational Amenities
Although Village Walk is part of the Northpark community, residents do not have access to Northpark HOA amenities. Instead, they benefit from their own exclusive HOA amenities, which include a sparkling swimming pool, a relaxing hot tub, as well as convenient restrooms and showers—perfect for unwinding after a long day. The professionally maintained grounds and building exteriors are covered by the HOA dues. There are also nearby trails and Paseos, ideal for a stroll or bike ride.

There are also two nearby parks, both about a mile away. Chesebrough Park, located next door to North Park Elementary, features a large greenbelt, trails, a baseball diamond, and playgrounds. Just up Seco Canyon Road, Mountain View Park offers scenic trails and two playgrounds, providing excellent outdoor recreation, though it lacks a baseball field.

Village Walk offers exceptional convenience with nearby schools like Valencia High, Rio Norte Junior High, and North Park Elementary, located just a mile away.
Shopping & Dining
Residents have easy access to a range of shopping and dining options just a short drive away. To the east, there are several spots at the intersection of Seco Canyon Road and Copper Hill Drive. To the west is Tesoro Village, while North Park Village Square is just to the south. A pedestrian bridge also provides safe access across Copper Hill Drive, making it easy to explore the area.
One of the most popular nearby dining locations is Wolf Creek Restaurant and for pizza lovers, Tomato Joe’s.
