Neighborhood Description

Alta Monte and Bella Terra are among around 13 subdivisions being developed in Tesoro Highlands. These communities are nestled among mountains, providing stunning views for residents, particularly when the hills turn lush green in the cooler seasons, as shown in the video. Additionally, residents of Alta Monte and Bella Terra will share a gated entrance with their neighbors in the adjacent Avila neighborhood.

Home Descriptions

For those interested in single-story living, the Bella Terra models might be just the right fit. If you prefer a more spacious two-story layout, the upscale Alta Monte options are sure to impress. All combined, these homes range from about 3,300 to 5,700 square feet, featuring 4 to 6 bedrooms, 4.5 to 6.5 bathrooms, and garages large enough for 3 or 4 cars. Some homes will have soaring, high ceilings, similar to other homes in the Volara and Skylar Ⅱ Neighborhoods, also built by Toll Brothers. You can also expect to see more spaces such as bonus rooms, lofts, outdoor living spaces and more. The lots are nice sized, many with large backyards ideal for hosting gatherings.

Brief descriptions about the collections are outlined below. We toured two of the model homes on 7/1/24 and as expected, they are just gorgeous!

• Bella Terra Description: The Bella Terra collection will feature single-story homes on large lots, with three unique floor plans to choose from. These homes will vary in size from about 3,400 to 3,700 square feet and will offer 4 to 6 bedrooms and 4.5 to 6.5 bathrooms. Each residence will also come with either a 3 or 4 car garage. Additionally, homeowners will enjoy flexible living spaces, outdoor living areas, and a range of customizable options to personalize their homes to their liking.
• Alta Monte Description: The collection includes two-story homes with three distinct floor plans. These homes range in size from 4,700 to 5,700 square feet and offer 5 to 6 bedrooms, 5.5 to 6.5 bathrooms, and 3 to 4 car garages. The design of these homes prioritizes flexibility and comfort, incorporating flex rooms, lofts, and a full bathroom in the ground floor bedroom. Additionally, some models feature dual stairs, high ceilings, and other luxurious features.

Toll Brothers is also currently working on homes in other developments such as Skylar 2 and Volara, both located west of Magic Mountain in Valencia, CA. In fact, in 2021 they finished four new neighborhoods located near Skyline Ranch called, Avalon, Mirabelle, Sierra and Victoria.
