The original Lamplight condos are sold out, but if any resales come on the market, they can be seen by clicking on the blue button. This is a new, smaller neighborhood, so finding a home on the market will be difficult. If you are dead set on buying a unit here in Lamplight, we suggest contacting us for a consultation. Overview of Homes
Built around 2021, Lamplight is a small subdivision of attached, single level condos also referred to as stacked flats. Each three-story building accommodates a variety of units on each level, so of course there are shared common walls, floors and/or ceilings. Although there are no elevators, every unit is a single level. Once entering the home, all the space is situated on one floor.
The homes are sized from approximately 720 to 1,442 SF with 1, 2 or 3 bedrooms, 1 or 2 bathrooms, a patio or balcony and a one or two car garage. The modern interiors have been thoughtfully designed with an open concept to create an atmosphere that’s both welcoming and stylish.
The homes were built using a variety different layouts as follows.
- Plan 1: The unit is sized at approximately 720 SF with 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom.
- Plan 2: The unit is sized at approximately 957 SF with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
- Plans 3 and 4: The units are sized from approximately 1,125 SF to 1,357 SF, each with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
- Plan 5: The largest of the bunch, the home is sized at approximately 1,442 SF with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
Interested buyers are advised to verify the HOA and Mello Roos costs before making a purchase offer.
Common Area Photos
As with all other surrounding neighborhoods, the common areas in Lamplight have been landscaped with a variety of drought tolerant plants & shrubs. Overall, the grounds appear to be well cared for, but you won’t find any lush green lawns. Yes, there are a few lovely little park areas nearby, but mostly intended for socializing, rest or relaxation. Those looking for sports fields will need to visit a park outside the community..

HOA Amenities and Local Conveniences
Confluence Park is where all community residents enjoy a variety of HOA recreational activities. There’s a large multi-use building, swimming pools, a hot tub, lounge areas, a park and more. There is also a community garden, the unique Pump Track, trails, park benches and shade trees. If interested in living in the community, take a visit! Park anywhere in the community and take a walk. It’s fun to traverse the neighborhood and discover everything as you go.
Convenience Shopping & Dining
It’s approximately 2 miles to convenience shopping and dining at the intersection of Magic Mountain Pkwy and The Old Road. If you prefer the mall, it’s only about 4 miles to the east. Besides the mall, there are many more department stores and terrific restaurants.
Oak Hills Elementary, West Ranch High and Rancho Pico Junior High are all situated in the nearby Valencia Westridge community. West Ranch and Rancho Pico are both part of the William S Hart School District.
