What to Expect – 91381 Homes Priced Over $900K

The listings priced over $900K will include a wide variety of homes. In this area, buyers will find a few homes priced below $1,000,000 but there may also be some above the $4,000,000 mark! Most homes will be large & beautiful with extensive upgrades! It’s important to remember, unless brand new, the higher priced luxury homes are often upgraded specifically to suit the homeowners specifications. The home might be gorgeous, but It’s unlikely the new buyers will like, or want to keep the current custom designs. The point is, if buying a custom home as described, be sure to consider in your budget the costs of remodeling, especially if this is going to involve more than just basic finishes.

Also, buying an expensive & upscale home is rarely a simple or straight forward transaction. Homes Above $900K in 2022?
Looking at the listings in the top of the price range, we’ve seen incredible properties on over an acre in Westridge Estates priced at over $4,000,000. The homes are sometimes sized very large at 5,000 SF + with 5 beds, 5 baths and lots more. Westridge Estates was developed built in the 2000’s.

On the lower end of the price range, one could spend a little over $1,000,000 on a 5+5 sized at 3,500 located in the Twilight Vista neighborhood of Stevenson Ranch. The lot sizes are a bit small, but of course the homes are often well appointed with custom interior decor.
