Neighborhoods with Homes Along The Oaks Club Golf Course in Westridge
The private, 18-hole Oaks Club golf course winds through portions of nearly every neighborhood in the Westridge community. Yep, it’s one of the best spots in Santa Clarita for scenic golf course living. While not every home backs directly to the fairways, many enjoy wide-open views of the greens, nearby hills, and canyon landscape. Westridge is known for its higher-end homes, tree-lined streets, and beautifully maintained surroundings. If you’re looking for a home with fairway views in a peaceful, upscale setting, this neighborhood should definitely be on your list.
Neighborhoods with Homes Near Vista Valencia Golf Course
Vista Valencia is a centrally located public course in Valencia, bordered by several residential neighborhoods that offer their own take on golf course living.
To the north, The Fairways is a golf-themed neighborhood designed with beautiful greenbelt areas that kind of resemble putting greens or fairways. Just next door, the Lakeshore Condos offer a peaceful setting, with mature trees, walking paths, the extend around a small lake. Both neighborhoods feature street names like Trevino Drive and Masters Cup Way, adding a touch of golf culture right into the community. And since the course is just across the street, residents can grab their clubs and be on the first tee in minutes.
On the south side of the course, you’ll find Vista Ridge and Vista Point—both beautiful, established neighborhoods with traditional homes. Some are perched at the north edge with fairway views, while others are tucked along quiet, tree-lined streets. It’s one of the more upscale areas near the course and offers a peaceful, private feel.
Also, Valencia Hills is not directly on the course, but still close enough for quick access.

The common areas are beautifully maintained, and we especially love the park benches—a perfect place to relax and take in the scenery. Just to the east, there’s also an apartment complex nearby.
Just to the south and east is Valencia Woodlands, a gated community filled with upscale homes, mature landscaping, and peaceful streets. While not all homes back up to the course, some properties enjoy prime golf frontage with added privacy.
Together, these neighborhoods offer a blend of convenience, curb appeal, and that classic fairway lifestyle—all just minutes from local shops, restaurants, and the freeway.
Golf Course Living in Friendly Valley – Newhall’s 55+ Gated Community
At the far north-east edge of Newhall, you’ll find the Friendly Valley Golf Course, nestled inside the gated Friendly Valley community. The private course runs right through the heart of the community, and it’s not uncommon to see residents cruising by in golf carts or enjoying a stroll along the peaceful streets.
