Arbor Park, established around 1986, is a delightful gated community with much to offer. As you enter through the main gate, you’ll encounter a picturesque roundabout that immediately highlights the neighborhood’s well-maintained appearance. The streets are lined with mature trees, including stunning cherry blossoms that provide inviting shade and, when in bloom, add vibrant bursts of color.
The common areas are well-landscaped and meticulously maintained. The well-managed HOA ensures regular maintenance of both the buildings and common areas, enhancing the overall property value.
The condos in Arbor Park are attached units ranging from approximately 693 to 1,537 square feet. Most homes are comprised of one or two bedrooms, a detached or attached garage for one or two cars, and either a patio or balcony—or both! Some of the larger homes come with a loft and other homes may include assigned covered parking. The 1-bedroom units range from 693 to 760 square feet, while the 2-bedroom units are sized between 836 and 1,537 square feet. Despite the smaller size of some units, efficient space utilization makes them surprisingly spacious.

Nearby schools include Hart High, Placerita Junior High, and Valencia Valley Elementary. Valencia Valley Elementary is part of the Newhall School District, while Hart High School and Placerita Junior High belong to the William S. Hart School District.
Shopping & Dining
The neighborhood is also conveniently close to local shopping and dining across the street at Granary Square. In fact, Residents can cross McBean Parkway using the handy pedestrian bridge. Also, it’s just 1 or 2 miles to the mall.
Summit Park
Summit Park is located just next door to the complex. There are multiple greenbelts, two tennis courts, play areas, lovely shade trees and incredible nature trails. However, it’s important to note that there are NO public restrooms.
As for the trails, there are plenty of relatively flat, paved paths in and around the park. For the more adventurous, steeper nature trails extend up through the Summit community.
