The Poppy Neighborhood

Poppy is located at the western end of the FivePoint Valencia community on the south side of Magic Mountain Parkway. Together with the neighboring Quinn collection, these two KB Home neighborhoods will form one connected residential area with shared streets, landscaping, and a cohesive architectural style.

The neighborhood is adjacent to the new Lumin collection by Richmond American Homes and just east of the Wren neighborhood by Tri Pointe Homes. KB Home has also built several other neighborhoods throughout FivePoint Valencia, including the Iris townhomes, giving the builder a strong presence within the community.

Residents enjoy convenient access to nearby parks, walking trails, community amenities, and Interstate 5, while Valencia Town Center, shopping, dining, and other everyday conveniences are just a few minutes away.

Homeowners at Poppy enjoy access to the growing collection of parks, trails, and recreational amenities throughout the FivePoint Valencia community. The main recreation center is Confluence Park, featuring resort-style swimming pools, a spa, shaded lounge areas, and a spacious clubhouse for community events and gatherings.

Nearby Schools & Local Conveniences

Nearby schools include West Ranch High, Rancho Pico Junior High and at least two elementary schools from which to choose. Also, it’s a short drive to College of the Canyons and University Center.

Nearby convenience shopping is just a few miles to the east, where you’ll find grocery stores, cafés, and a variety of restaurants. There’s also the mall which is about four miles away. Of course, Six Flags Magic Mountain sits just down the road, adding a bit of extra fun to the neighborhood’s surroundings.
