Overview of Village Walk
Village Walk was developed in 2001 and 2002 and consists of a variety of nicely appointed townhomes. Of all the many popular condo and townhomes communities here in Valencia, this one is perfect for those who prefer peace and quiet.
Townhome Descriptions
The homes come in a variety of sizes. The most common home here is two stories sized from approximately 1,300 to 1,500 SF with 2 bedrooms and 2 or 3 bathrooms. Parking consists of carport spaces, direct access single car garages and 2-car garages. Most townhomes have a small front porch or a balcony, while the larger units have a larger wraparound porch.

Walking through the neighborhood we see beautifully maintained grounds and plenty of mature shade trees, all projecting a feeling of peace and tranquility. It really is a lovely little neighborhood and a perfect place to call home.

Village Walk Common Areas and Amenities
Even though Village Walk is a subdivision of Northpark, the residents do NOT have access to the Northpark HOA amenities. Instead, they enjoy their own private HOA amenities including a community swimming pool, hot tub and lounge areas. The grounds and structure exteriors are professionally maintained and the cost is included in the HOA dues.
There’s plenty of convenience shopping and dining in 3 nearby locations. First, there’s convenience locations to the east on all four corners of Copperhill Dr and Seco Cyn Dr. Then, Tesoro Village is located less than a mile to the west. There’s also Northpark Village Square, about 2 miles to the south. One of the most popular nearby dining locations is Wolf Creek Restaurant and for pizza lovers, Tomato Joe’s.

Nearby schools include Northpark Elementary, Rio Norte Junior High and Valencia High School. Find out more information by taking a look at the William S Hart District boundary map. Also located a mile away is Chesebrough Park. It connects to the elementary school and miles of developed trails.
