In this area home searchers should find a pretty good number of affordable condos or townhomes. Also, depending on the exact neighborhood, you’re likely to find some good single family home values as well.

There are many local micro neighborhoods and the best way to find out more is to see our extensive lists of neighborhoods in Saugus. We have created custom, first hand reports of over 30 different Santa Clarita communities or neighborhoods. Also, not all of Saugus is in the 91350 zip and often, the official address for a home in Saugus might actually say Santa Clarita. We don’t really know why the change, but you’ll get the idea once you begin viewing our reports.

Many of our home buying clients are attracted to the Plum Canyon area. Portions of Plum Canyon have been very recently developed with very new homes available on the market. Then, there’s the older Bouquet Canyon area as well as the ever popular and upscale, Circle J Ranch.
