In Canyon Park there are, there are multiple recreation areas which include swimming pools, hot tubs and lush greenbelts.

Of course, if looking for a house buyers should look at the listings in the higher price ranges. The most affordable condos can be found at the American Beauty Condos in Canyon Country. Those are sometimes below $400K and sized from 844 SF to about 964 SF. Some come with 3 bedrooms. There are also nicely appointed amenities including pools, hot tubs, playgrounds.
