Estrada Neighborhood Description

Estrada, the third addition to Tesoro Highlands, is one of the 13 subdivisions in this new community. Notably, at least four neighborhoods exclusively cater to active adults, with Toscana and Paseo and Sierra Bella conveniently located nearby. These active adult neighborhoods are set to unite under the name “The Villas at Tesoro Highlands.”

As of January 2024, evident construction progress showcases numerous Estrada homes at various stages. Among them, three models are fully completed, a few homes are in the final stages, and several others are in the finishing stages.

Similar to the residences in Toscana and Paseo, Estrada’s homes are single-story models featuring three charming exterior designs: Spanish Colonial, Monterey, and Wine Country. With open living spaces, these homes range from 2,347 to 2,547 square feet, offering 2 or 3 bedrooms, 2.5 to 3.5 bathrooms, a California room, laundry room, and a 2-bay garage. Some homes even include an office space or den.

Like many newly constructed homes, Estrada features an open main living space that encompasses the living room, dining area, and kitchen.

  • The Estrada Residence 1 homes are sized at 2,347 SF and come with 2 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a covered California room, office, laundry room and a 2 car garage.
  • The Estrada Residence 2 homes are sized at 2,573 SF and come with 2 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a covered California room, office, laundry room and a 2 car garage. The California room is conveniently accessible via the owner’s suite and the living room.
  • The Estrada Residence 3 homes are the sized at 2,547 SF with 3 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, a California room, den or office, laundry room and a 2-bay garage.

In addition to the multitude of shared amenities planned for Tesoro Highlands, the exclusive HOA recreation area named “The Oasis” will be designated specifically for Estrada and the other 55+ neighborhoods. This dedicated space is set to include a clubhouse, pool, hot tub, gym, and more. As construction progresses, we eagerly anticipate the opportunity to unveil images of this community center upon its completion. There are also including nearby parks, including Tesoro Adobe Historic Park and Tesoro Sports Park. Both are located in the Tesoro Del Valle community.

Residents of Tesoro Highlands, including those in Estrada, benefit from the convenience of a short drive to nearby schools, shopping centers, dining options, and more.

Notable schools in the vicinity include Tesoro Del Valle Elementary, Rio Norte Junior High School, and Valencia High School. Tesoro Del Valle Elementary is affiliated with the Saugus Union School District, while Valencia High and Rio Norte belong to the William S. Hart School District.
