Sierra Bella Neighborhood Description

Nestled within Tesoro Highlands, Sierra Bella stands as one of around 13 subdivisions within this burgeoning community. Notably, it’s part of the exclusive quartet comprising the gated 55 Plus Villas at Tesoro Highlands, alongside Estrada, Toscana and Paseo. Conveniently clustered within the same vicinity, these four 55+ neighborhoods offer a cohesive living experience.

As of March 2025, construction is complete in the first Sierra Bella neighborhood and many of these homes have already been sold. It’s worth noting that a second Sierra Bella subdivision is now underway, so more homes are coming soon.

The homes in Sierra Bella include a combination of one and two story models sized from approximately 1,693 to 2,269 square feet. Generally, each home comes with 2 bedrooms, a den or office and 2 to 2.5 bathrooms. However, the largest model has 2 full bathrooms and 2 half bathrooms.

Each home has a front and back yard, a two-bay garage and a covered patio, also referred to as a California room. The two-story homes include a terrific bonus room up top and one model even includes a connected covered deck.

Like other newly constructed homes of this era, Sierra Bella’s interiors boast professional design touches. Featuring a generous open floor plan, the main living area seamlessly integrates the living room, dining space, and kitchen.

Sierra Bella Amenities & Local Conveniences

To enhance security, Sierra Bella and the other 55+ Villas will feature a gated entrance. Among the numerous amenities slated for Tesoro Highlands, “The Oasis,” an exclusive recreation area managed by the HOA and caters exclusively to residents of the 55+ Villas. This designated space will boast a clubhouse, pool, hot tub, fitness center, putting greens, pickle ball courts, dog runs, a picnic area, ourdoor fireplace and more. As of March 2025, the Oasis is now complete. Additionally, nearby parks such as Tesoro Adobe Historic Park and Tesoro Sports Park are available, both situated within the Tesoro Del Valle community.

Residents of Tesoro Highlands, including those residing in the Villas, enjoy the ease of a brief commute to nearby schools, shopping centers, dining venues, and other amenities.

Among the schools nearby are Tesoro Del Valle Elementary, Rio Norte Junior High School, and Valencia High School. Tesoro Del Valle Elementary is part of the Saugus Union School District, while Valencia High and Rio Norte are within the William S. Hart School District.
