Among the numerous amenities slated for Tesoro Highlands, “The Oasis,” an exclusive recreation area managed by the HOA, will cater exclusively to residents of the 55+ Villas. This designated space will boast a clubhouse, pool, hot tub, gym, putting greens and more. As of 10/17/24, the Oasis is nearly complete. Additionally, nearby parks such as Tesoro Adobe Historic Park and Tesoro Sports Park are available, both situated within the Tesoro Del Valle community.
Residents of Tesoro Highlands, including those residing in the Villas, enjoy the ease of a brief commute to nearby schools, shopping centers, dining venues, and other amenities.
Among the schools nearby are Tesoro Del Valle Elementary, Rio Norte Junior High School, and Valencia High School. Tesoro Del Valle Elementary is part of the Saugus Union School District, while Valencia High and Rio Norte are within the William S. Hart School District.
